@Lloyd / About

Lloyd Humphreys

I relocated to Copenhagen from Ynys Môn in 2014. I work across the stack: product, design, code, sales, and delivery. As I've progressed in my career, the lines between all these disciplines have blurred, and that's just how I like it.

I also build a bunch of projects to stay sharp and satisfy my curiosities.

What I've been up to

2023-present

Currently at wawa fertility building electronic medical record software for fertility clinics.

There are many point solutions, but few are integrated with each other. We're breaking down those silos and building an all-in-one platform for fertility clinics. We handle everything: patient intake, communication, ART flow, cryostorage, finance (including US insurance RCM), digital document signatures, and more.
I love getting to spend time on-site with clinics and getting into the details of the work they're doing.

  • Cryostorage - inventory management and billing
  • Finance - automation and deep Adyen integration
  • Consents - embedded digital signatures

2022-2023

Head of Product at All Gravy. We built lots of interesting things to make understanding and managing shift-workers easier, but I specifically liked what we did to simplify the analysis of/communication with larger organisations by treating the organisation as composable cohorts instead of something rigid. Managed design, product, and roadmap.

2016-2022

Principal Product Manager at Tradeshift.

I ran our Data team, shipped our first AI features to customers, took our first Tradeshift Buy customer live, and shipped various platform-wide transformational UX initiatives.
In practice that was a mashup of discovery work, building out customer analytics, working with our ML team, and master-data wrangling across the org. I was responsible for 10+ people, and drove the product roadmap, design, and delivery.

2014-2016

Product Designer at Citrix. I worked on GoToAssist, refining the onboarding experience and designing mobile apps. I was lucky enough to share an office with the wonderful Podio team, from whom I learned so much.

2008-2014

Freelance design work for SaaS tools, building icon packs, and learning how to make money on the internet.
